Talent Acquisition Specialist Day To Day:
- Screening job applicants to find great fits for our clients
- Sourcing top talent for open positions within our firm
- Making outbound calls to potential candidates and scheduling interviews
- Conducting virtual interviews to qualify candidates for any open positions
- Managing candidate communications via phone, email, and text
- Assisting with onboarding and preparing offer documents
- Keeping clients in the loop with clear, timely updates
- Updating and creating calendar events for clients, candidates, and fellow team members
- Collaborating with the team to improve hiring workflows

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport
- Tech savvy and experienced with sheets
- Comfortable talking on the phone, on screening calls, and in-person
- Professional and poised
- Detail-oriented and highly organized—you love a clean inbox
- Ability to work efficiently remotely and exceed expectations
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn the ins and outs of recruiting
- Exceptional problem solving and time management skills
- Bonus: Background in recruiting, communications, psychology, business, sales, or HR
