BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our OfficeTalent Acquisition Team. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 PM Eastern. Travel: Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, with occasional travel to our Pennsauken, NJ headquarters for meetings, team collaboration, and other business needs. Responsibilities Assisting Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers with recruitment and onboarding processes. Assisting with onboarding candidates including running reference checks, initiating BAYADA documentation, federal exclusion checks, and auditing files. Managing and pulling reports as well as provide basic support for the Talent Acquisition team. Sending monthly and weekly e-blasts advertising the requisitions for all divisions. Working collaboratively to initiate background checks. Adjusting easily to change and take initiative with team projects and pilots. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience required Strong interpersonal and communication skills required Demonstrates leadership skills, customer service, self-motivation, problem solving, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision Organizational and time management skills Strong computer proficiency Why you'll love BAYADA Hourly pay: $23 - $27 / hourly based on qualifications Bonus potential available BAYADA Home Health Care offers the stability and structure of a national company with the values and culture of a family-owned business.
