About the Position

Job Title

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location

Eureka, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures within the Radiology/Cardiology department
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment in accordance with facility protocols
• Float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed
• Adhere to contracted schedule, including working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Complete required compliance modules prior to start and annually thereafter

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required
• Valid state license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Must meet background check requirements; facility does not accept background hits
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
• Must submit all requested time-off and scheduling needs upfront at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel contract experience in a hospital or health system setting
• Familiarity with Radiology and Cardiology department workflows
