Seven Healthcare are seeking a Travel Social Worker for an assignment in Englewood, CO. This role involves working within a Case Management unit, utilizing your skills in discharge planning and assessments. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with state-of-the-art technology and supportive team collaboration.

- Knowledge of palliative care and behavioral health with substance use assessments is preferred
