On any given day, we help residents recover from stroke, accident, or injury in our spacious rehab gym, providing restorative nursing, medication management, and end‑of‑life care. Specific Requirements Current state registration/licensure or limited permit as a Physical Therapist. Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
