About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its Critical Illness Recovery Hospital. The successful candidate will be a Champion of the company's values, with a strong focus on patient-centered care, community well-being, and the continuous pursuit of new ideas to enhance the quality of life. This hands-on role requires the CEO to provide leadership, strategic direction, and operations management, with a particular emphasis on business development, exceptional quality patient care, and fiscal accountability. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, a minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in healthcare, and a proven track record in the management functions of finance, strategic planning, and community education of health programs. As the CEO, you will be responsible for daily hospital operations, including compliance with regulatory obligations, employee engagement, and the development of key business relationships. The role demands a professional with high personal integrity, a positive attitude, and the ability to make effective decisions in complex situations. The CEO will also be involved in the preparation of annual and capital budgets, as well as a strategic plan, and must maintain a high ethical standard in all aspects of their work.
