About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to join its senior executive leadership team. The CDO will be tasked with the design, execution, and continuous optimization of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, providing strategic oversight of all philanthropic initiatives. This includes major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, gift planning, and principal gifts. The successful candidate will also serve as the senior leader for a multi-year fundraising campaign, ensuring that fundraising priorities are in alignment with institutional goals, driving revenue growth, and enhancing donor engagement. A key aspect of the role is to foster a high-performing advancement culture that supports long-term, sustainable success.
