Internal Medicine physician job in Florida : Job Description & Requirements Miami Primary Care Physician Needed- Spanish speaking required StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $260000.00 - $275000.00 We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Primary Care Physician to join a growing, patient-centered organization focused on value-based care and improving outcomes for senior and underserved populations. Highlights MondayFriday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Average patient volume of 1518 patients per day Minimal, rotational call responsibilities Collaborative care model with strong clinical and operational support Base salary up to $275,000 Annual bonus opportunity up to 20% Total Earning Potential $311,000 Malpractice with tail coverage 4 weeks PTO $3,000 annual CME allowance and dedicated CME time 401(k), medical, dental, and vision benefits The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, experienced in value-based care, and passionate about delivering high-quality, relationship-driven medicine.
