Healthcare HR Generalist - People Ops & Compliance

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR Director and Chief People Officer with day-to-day HR operations. This role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, leave administration, benefits, and HRIS management while serving as a key resource for employees and leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Support daily HR operations, employee support, and HR administration Manage recruitment efforts including job postings, onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and HR policy interpretation Assist with workplace investigations, corrective actions, and employee relations matters Administer leave of absence programs including FMLA, ADA, PFML, and USERRA Coordinate reasonable accommodations and maintain compliance documentation Maintain employee records and HRIS data within UKG Ready Generate HR/compliance reports and partner with payroll to resolve discrepancies Support benefits administration and open enrollment Manage provider credentialing and privileging, including license verification and re-credentialing tracking Qualifications 2–3 years of progressive HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or related role Knowledge of FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, FLSA, EEO, HIPAA, OSHA, and Washington PFML Experience with employee relations, leave administration, and accommodations Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably UKG Ready Strong Microsoft Office, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
