Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Program Manager and senior Missile Warning subject matter expert
- Provide expert management and leadership for the Missile Warning Integration and Test team
- Deliver senior-level independent consultation across technical and management domains
- Lead problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and solution implementation
- Provide strategic recommendations on Missile Warning system improvements, optimization, and sustainment
- Support integration and test activities for complex systems fielded to operational environments
- Manage and coordinate 24/7 operations support activities
- Oversee training program development, personnel development, and transition management
- Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, SSC, USSF, and enterprise partners
- FORGE (Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution)
- OBAC (Overhead Persistent Infrared Battlespace Awareness Center)
- TAP Lab (Tools, Applications, and Processing Lab)
- OPIR Weapon Systems
- ITW/AA Enterprise
- Command and Control (C2) Systems
- Space Systems Command (SSC)
- U.S. Space Force (USSF)
- Agile delivery and Scrum
- 24/7 operations management
- Training program development
- Change management and transition management
- Personnel development
- Program management and project management
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience supporting Missile Warning, space, or DoD mission systems
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing complex programs
- Proven ability to provide independent strategic and technical recommendations
- Experience supporting 24/7 mission operations environments
- Active TS/SCI clearance
