Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
• Execute patient monitoring using telemetry equipment, promptly identifying and responding to any abnormalities.
• Educate patients and their families on condition management, treatment procedures, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• BLS certification; ACLS if required by department
• State-specific nursing license
• At least 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
