Overview HomeFront Mortgage is growing and looking for a driven, client-focused Loan Officer to join our Houston team. This is an opportunity for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants the flexibility to directly control their earning potential. If you’re passionate about helping clients secure the right mortgage solutions while building a strong pipeline of business, this role is built for you. Responsibilities Originate residential mortgage loans from initial inquiry through closing. You’ll work closely with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal processing team to ensure a smooth and efficient lending experience. Proactively generate leads, communicate confidently with clients, and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline. This is a hybrid compensation structure that includes a base salary plus production-based earnings.
