Highway 146, Baytown, TX 77523 Pay: $18.50 per hour (non-negotiable) Shifts: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm; 7:00 pm – 7:00 am Qualifications Valid Level 3 Armed Security License in Texas Own personal firearm (e.g., 9 mm, .45) available and used on the job At least 2 years of experience as an armed security guard Minimum age 21 years for armed roles High‑school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions Background investigation and drug screening required (per law) Ability to obtain state security certification and pass background, drug screen, E‑Verification, and onboarding Must be able to stand or walk for long periods Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises and patrolling various locations Preserve order and enforce client site regulations for personnel, visitors, and the area Provide customer service and information to employees and patrons as needed Respond calmly and problem‑solving to incidents and critical situations Conduct regular and random patrols of business and perimeter areas, adapting to site conditions Vigilantly observe and assess potential risks or incidents, reporting them promptly Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance (full‑time employees) Life insurance Flexible schedule options for full‑time work Bi‑weekly pay Other Information All offers contingent upon obtaining security certification, passing background and drug screen, E‑Verification approval, completing onboarding and site manager interview Premier Protective Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
