We provide comprehensive maintenance solutions to retailers, financial institutions, restaurants, and government agencies. Our organization supports multiple service lines, including facility maintenance, fueling, project management, and modular construction.

Position Summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Field Maintenance Technicians and ensuring all maintenance operations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. This role coordinates schedules, assigns work orders, provides technical support, and serves as a key point of contact between field staff, dispatch, management, and clients. Flexibility is required, as work schedules may include day shifts, night shifts, and occasional weekends based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Field Maintenance Technicians to ensure timely and high-quality completion of service requests
• Assign and prioritize work orders based on urgency and client requirements
• Provide technical guidance and assist with troubleshooting complex maintenance issues across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and more
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, management, technicians, and clients regarding project status and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and proper use of tools, vehicles, and equipment
• Review service reports, documentation, and project updates
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service requests as needed
• Assist with scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities management with multi-trade skills
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and emergency on-call rotations
