Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - 3 years current CST experience required. - Precept experience required. - Total joint replacement experience required. - Endoscopy experience required.
Required Credentials: - Equivalent certifications (NCCT/TS-C) are not accepted.
Unit Details: - Traveler will be used in Endoscopy a couple times per week.
Shift & Scheduling: - No weekends. - No call. - No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).
Special Requests: - Shift accommodation requests will not be considered for this need (block schedule, 10/12hr shifts). - Must have your own vehicle; there is no public transportation in this small community. - All RTO and scheduling requests must be made at submission; requests at or after offer will not be approved.
Floating Requirements: - Must float to Berkshire Medical Center (Crane and Endo) when needed (approx 21 miles; mileage is not available).
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 11/27/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/26/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
