Your Mission

As our Spark Ignitor, you will:

• Create an unforgettable first impression for every customer who contacts AstroWatt Electric
• Own the customer journey from the first phone call through follow-up
• Turn questions into confidence and concerns into solutions
• Support our electricians by creating smooth communication between the office and field
• Identify opportunities to improve our systems, processes, and customer experience
• Help build the culture and reputation of one of the Triangle's fastest-growing electrical companies

What You'll Bring

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-growing environment

Comfort learning technology and scheduling systems

High school diploma or GED

Valid NC driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to pass background check and drug screening (Home services experience is a plus, but the right personality matters more than industry experience.)
