**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic Enrichment Teacher with a focus on Art to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering creativity and providing engaging art experiences for students. This role involves planning and delivering art lessons that inspire students to explore their artistic abilities.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement art curriculum that aligns with educational standards and objectives.
2. Teach students various art techniques and mediums while encouraging creative expression.
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes artistic growth and self-confidence.
4. Manage art supplies and resources effectively to support instructional needs.
5. Assess student artwork and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic development.
6. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support the overall growth and success of students.
7. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current on art education trends.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Prior experience teaching art to students in a school or community setting.
3. Strong knowledge of various art forms, techniques, and art history.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
5. Creative and innovative approach to teaching art, with a focus on student engagement and growth.
6. Organizational skills to manage art supplies, track student progress, and plan lessons effectively.
7. Understanding of diverse learning needs and a commitment to creating an inclusive classroom environment.
