**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic Enrichment Teacher with expertise in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging Spanish language enrichment activities for students to foster language acquisition and cultural understanding.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Spanish language with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience teaching Spanish to elementary or middle school students is preferred.
- Knowledge of instructional best practices and strategies for teaching a second language.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate a variety of engaging activities to promote Spanish language learning.
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Spanish language and culture into the curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and program activities.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Certification in teaching or willingness to obtain certification.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
