We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team. As a Breakfast Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patrons begin their day with a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, such as eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, toast, and specialty breakfast dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
- Follow recipes and adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
- Ensure breakfast stations are fully stocked and prepped before service begins.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and prepare daily breakfast specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including regular cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient usage and reporting shortages.
- Provide exceptional customer service by accommodating special dietary requests and communicating any potential food allergens.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cook in a professional kitchen setting, preferably with a focus on breakfast service.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and within tight time constraints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Culinary training or relevant certification is a plus, but not required.
