MDOT Paving Estimator


I am seeking an experienced MDOT and Paving Estimator for one of my clients in the Metro Detroit and Tri-County markets.


Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for MDOT and paving projects
  
  
• Bid hard surface work, flatwork, road widening, repairs, and repaving
  
  
• Estimate parking lot improvements and crack sealing work
  
  
• Review plans, specifications, and quantity takeoffs
  
  
• Coordinate with project management and operations teams
  
  
• Support preconstruction planning and bid strategy
  
  

Preferred Experience

• MDOT bidding and compliance experience
  
  
• Strong background in paving and roadway estimating
  
  
• Experience with site packages or wet utility infrastructure is a plus, not required
