Production Floor Lead: Safety, Quality & Continuous Improvement

A manufacturing company is seeking a Production Supervisor in Gastonia, NC, to oversee daily operations, ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently, and provide leadership to production teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
