Production Floor Leader: Drive Safety, Quality & Efficiency

IFab Corporation

IFAB is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations across all production areas in Gastonia, NC. You will lead production teams, coordinate workflows, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement on the floor. Qualifications include 2–3 years in manufacturing and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
