Job Description Job Description Heavy Equipment Operator / Route Driver, (Greater Fort Worth Area) General : Drive and operate a 23ft Freightliner truck with a hydraulic Drum unit that compacts the waste inside open-top dumpsters. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00am start time to 3:30pm. Opportunities for overtime available. Requirements : * Be able to pass a background check, DOT drug screening and physical. * Valid driver license with Clean record * Able to handle a moderate physical workload including lifting, standing & climbing a 4-foot ladder * Minimum 4 years commercial driving experience Qualifications : * Heavy equipment experience * Medium Duty truck driving experience (CDL preferred, not needed) * General mechanical / maintenance knowledge Job Responsibilities / Duty: * No CDL or special license is required for this vehicle. * Drive the truck to the customer sites in greater Fort Worth area. * Skillfully and safely operate the hydraulic pulverizing arm. * Properly document and log activity through a handheld device. * Inspect truck before and after your daily routes. * Contribute to the maintenance and cleaning of truck and machinery. * Interact with a friendly and entrepreneurial spirit with our customers. * This is a patented mobile compaction technology that is used to compress open top waste containers for the industrial, commercial, construction industries.
