You Have: 10+ years of experience supporting strategic planning, policy development, governance, or enterprise IT initiatives within DoW or federal organizations 10+ years of experience analyzing directives, legislation, or enterprise IT guidance and translating them into actionable recommendations 5+ years of experience developing executivelevel communications, summaries, and briefing materials Experience working with seniorlevel stakeholders and coordinating across teams or mission partners Ability to conduct research, synthesize findings, and drive strategic integration TS/SCI clearance Master's degree Nice If You Have: Experience supporting the Army National Guard, NGB, Army CIO/G6, or similar DoW IT organizations Experience in IT governance, portfolio management, strategic planning, or policy analysis Experience with knowledgemanagement tools, enterprise collaboration platforms, and SharePoint and Guard knowledge environments Experience leading or supporting enterprisewide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders Ability to lead small teams, working groups, or projectlevel efforts Possession of strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
