Store Manager

A global luxury retail brand is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume location within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive both team performance and business results. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, sales performance, staff development, customer experience, and visual presentation standards while ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities Drive store sales and achieve performance goals through strong leadership and business management Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities to improve store productivity and customer conversion Deliver a high level of customer service and foster a client-focused selling culture Oversee store operations including inventory management, merchandising, organization, and maintenance Lead, coach, and develop a team to ensure strong performance and engagement Maintain operational standards and ensure consistency across all store functions Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience in a Store Manager position within retail Strong operational and organizational skills Experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment Proven ability to drive sales and manage store performance metrics Strong communication and leadership abilities Comfortable multitasking and adapting within a dynamic business Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail communication platforms preferred Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed Full-time availability with flexibility based on business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
