Culinary Cook Requirements Your Role as a Dietary Cook: Craft Delicious and Nutritious Meals: Prepare and serve delightful meals in line with our menu, ensuring a pleasurable dining experience for our residents. Maintain Highest Standards: Oversee food handling, preparation, and service processes, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols. Enhance Resident Health: Provide nutritionally balanced food options that contribute to the residents’ health and vitality. Compliance with Regulations: Uphold all Federal, State, and Local food service and nutrition care standards. We’re Looking for Someone With: A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). At least two years of experience as a cook in a long-term care facility (preferred). Experience in long-term care settings (preferred).
