Registered Nurse – Orthopedics

Nights — 4x12

10 beds/rooms; typical daily census 10

Minimum 1 year RN experience (ortho experience required)

Previous charge experience preferred

State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submission

BLS, NIHSS, ACLS certifications required

Charting experience in Epic preferred

Key clinical skills: orthopedic care, surgical/post-op management, IV/vascular skills, medical management

Provide nursing care for adult orthopedic patients (post-op and surgical/injury management)

Prioritize and delegate care as necessary

Respond to life-threatening situations accordingly

Communicate effectively with providers and leaders per hospital policies

All requested RTO must be listed at time of submission. Onboarding core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing.
