Schedule

36- or 48-hour shift options available. Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Assignment Details

Patient ratio: 1:7. Daily census approximately 14 patients.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Must hold a valid RN license in the state.
• Required certifications: BLS, CPI, MAB.
• Experience in behavioral interventions and psychiatric care preferred.
• EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult patients in a behavioral health setting.
• Implement de-escalation and crisis intervention strategies.
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
• Assist with the management of self-injurious behavior and provide psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Compliance / Notes

Requests for time off must be listed at the time of submittal. Onboarding core items must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing. Orientation includes non-billable modules completed onsite.
