Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview We seek a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This role supports our mission to provide high‑quality, affordable dental care with a strong focus on pediatric patients. Compensation & Benefits Pay range $45–55 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Sign‑on bonuses: up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Compensation includes bi‑weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly office performance bonuses. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist. Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take X‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service and offer Same‑Day Care opportunities. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental conditions, review medical history, and maintain accurate charts. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting and document X‑rays in patient charts. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
