Attorney Position

Seeking an Attorney to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of client service and legal excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• The Associate Attorney will support the firm's trust and estate planning practice, with a primary focus on trust administration, estate administration, and advising clients on estate, gift, and property tax matters.
• Assist with the administration of trusts and decedents' estates
• Advise clients on estate, gift, and property tax issues
• Draft estate planning documents and related correspondence
• Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and advisors
• Manage a demanding workload with attention to detail and deadlines
• Collaborate closely with partners and other team members

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in trust and estate planning and administration
• Demonstrated experience with estate planning matters (minimum 2 years required)
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
• Proven interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Ability to take initiative and assume increasing responsibility
• Active and good-standing membership with the California State Bar

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $210,000 annually, commensurate with experience
