ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of three. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted the opportunity to work closely with people, build meaningful relationships, and help families protect what matters most to them. I earned my master’s degree in Education from UConn and am a proud parent of three teenagers who keep our family busy with baseball, theater, and school sports. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active through fitness and working out.

Supporting our local community is important to us. Our agency proudly sponsors area sports teams as well as the local theater program, allowing us to support many of the activities and organizations that bring families in our community together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Tage Wright - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
