Understanding of training content development and information delivery (Intermediate) Ability to break down complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content for non-technical users (Intermediate) Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and its practical application (Beginner) Experience with content authoring tools such as: Articulate Captivate SnagIt Photoshop Other similar tools (Beginner) Understanding of assigned functional responsibilities (Beginner) Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (Advanced) Strong computer and technical proficiency (Advanced) Basic understanding of IT systems integration (Beginner) Curiosity and ability to identify improvement opportunities and pain points (Intermediate) Ability to adapt within a fast-paced healthcare and technology-driven environment (Advanced) Effective planning and problem-solving skills (Intermediate) Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously (Intermediate) Strong prioritization skills in high-pressure environments (Intermediate) Flexibility to support variable weekday schedules as needed (Intermediate) Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment (Advanced) Preferred Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or consulting environments Experience supporting enterprise or healthcare organizations is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr INA Solution
