Hybrid Auto Claims Specialist — Growth & Training

The position offers a highly flexible hybrid schedule with first-shift hours or a 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM option, and robust training and mentorship. Responsibilities include managing 80–120 claims, investigating liability and damages, negotiating settlements, and coordinating with underwriting and legal.
