Suites Pantry Coordinator - Raymond James Stadium

Pantry Coordinator Under the direction of the Suites Manager, the Pantry Coordinator is responsible for accurately servicing event‑day orders and ensuring prompt delivery of orders. Responsibilities Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation. Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and items are accurately delivered. Maintain safety standards, neatness and sanitation of work areas. Keep the pantry clean, including shelves, walls, floors and drains. Serve as a team player, providing excellent service and product delivery. Handle and clean kitchen equipment safely to prevent damage or injury. Organize all suite orders to ensure proper delivery. Enter all event‑day orders into the POS system and reconcile all advance suite orders. Work with all Suite Attendants to obtain accurate payment from each suite. Control inventory in the Suite Pantry. Collaborate with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium. Perform and successfully complete tasks assigned by management. Reconcile at close of event. Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to effectively communicate and relate to all levels within the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships. Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change, adapts, learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly. Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Culinary training preferred. Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications. Must have 2–3 years experience working in a fast‑paced high‑end club or restaurant. Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and major stadium events. Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25 lbs. Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time while navigating ramps, stairs and elevators. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company‑wide safety training and additional job‑specific safety training.
