Job Type: Per Diem

Hourly Pay Rate: $59 to $65/hr

Shift: Day shift

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention guidelines, and patient safety standards.
Respond appropriately to emergency situations and provide critical nursing interventions as needed.

Requirements

Experience Required: 2 years

License Required: CA state License

Certifications Required: BLS
