Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in East Greenwich, RI. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to support rehabilitation and functional improvement. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, implementing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educating patients on home exercise programs, and documenting care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with other team members to ensure coordinated care and clear communication, while fostering a supportive and comfortable environment for all patients. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to individual patient presentations. Demonstrated skills in Rehabilitation, including designing and progressing individualized treatment plans. Experience in outpatient orthopedics with ability to treat a wide range of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions. Experience in sports rehabilitation is also preferred! Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and patient management, with a commitment to patient-centered care and building a positive team environment. Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution. Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Rhode Island.
