Ideal Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a Trademark Litigation & Intellectual Property Associate with: At least three years of relevant litigation experience Trademark, copyright or broader IP disputes experience Excellent legal research, writing and advocacy skills Strong discovery and case‑management fundamentals Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines Excellent academic credentials and an accredited J.D preferably from a T25 law school. Experience within a sophisticated law‑firm practice TTAB, federal‑court trademark, false‑advertising or copyright litigation experience is strongly preferred. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base salary range is $175,000–$330,000, depending on experience, qualifications, location and other relevant factors.
