Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ephrata, Washington Hospital based IP/OP setting, 50/50 mix Fulltime , 40 hours per week CCC-SLP preferred Pay range $45/hr - $60/hr, depending on experience Flexible $15,000 Career Bonus: You’ll earn up to $15,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years — use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or your personal development FEES on-site. Swallow evals in hospital (both bedside and with imaging). Speech-Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities: Assess and treat patients Plan, market and develop new programs Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff Present in-services to fellow staff therapists Assist in the general operation of the department Master's degree (M. A. or M. S.) in Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or be eligible for such.
