Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in the spine industry. Proven success managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of spinal anatomy, surgical procedures, and implant technologies.
