Job Overview Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of RI to work in the specialty area of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long‑Term Care (LTC). Responsibilities This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance. Qualifications 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in SNF/LTC. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
