Manager, Transaction Advisory Services

What You Will Do Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality‑of‑earnings reports. Research and financial analysis of target companies. Due diligence for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions. Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service. Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm. Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally. Invest in professional development individually and through firm‑wide learning programs. Support growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy. Successful Candidates Will Have 5+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines. Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred, not required. High motivation, initiative and positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities. Intermediate modeling and Excel skills with experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis. Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead and drive initiatives. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel. Comfortably interact with senior level client personnel, including preparing for and participating in executive briefings. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $85,000 to $182,150.
