Earn $14.50 Per Hour Benefit Package Flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm, weekends until 5 pm Eligibility for full‑time benefits after an average of 20+ hours; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, sick time, and flex spending Company‑paid life, accidental‑death insurance, and exclusive vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties or work‑related tasks Performance‑based bonuses available for Property Managers Job Description Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring space readiness Audit cash drawers and authorise bank deposits Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls as required Physical Requirements Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk and navigate facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance such as sweeping/mopping interiors and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal Qualifications Experience : Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation : Must possess a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between different work locations or for work‑related business.
