Senior Manager, Strategy & Investor Relations
Globus Medical
Globus Medical seeks a Senior Manager to support strategy and investor relations execution, combining financial analysis, earnings management, and investor communications. This hands-on role develops materials, coordinates stakeholder workflow, and manages shareholder engagement initiatives under the SVP's direction.
Responsibilities
- Develop earnings releases, presentations, remarks, and analyses; coordinate preparation schedules and call logistics
- Conduct shareholder ownership analysis and research prospective investors to identify engagement opportunities
- Monitor analyst research, consensus estimates, and peer performance; synthesize findings for leadership
- Coordinate intake, drafting, review, and publication workflow for press releases and product launch communications
- Prepare executive briefing materials and coordinate investor meetings, inquiries, and follow-up responses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Progressive investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance experience
- Direct experience supporting public-company investor communications and earnings cycles
- Medical technology or healthcare sector background preferred
- Ability to prepare investor materials and coordinate time-sensitive, cross-functional deliverables
- Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills
