The Opportunity

You will personally:

• Close whitening treatments
• Sell memberships
• Sell upgrades
• Sell retail
• Present financing options
• Handle objections
• Follow up with leads
• Recover canceled appointments
• Re-engage past customers
• Ask for the sale
• Drive repeat business

If you've sold gym memberships, personal training, cars, high-ticket services, or anything else where you had to earn the commission, you understand.

We don't need someone who can talk about sales.

We need someone who can close.

You Own the Number

You'll know exactly where you stand.

Revenue. Conversion. Average client value. Memberships. Lead follow-up. Retail. Repeat business. Studio performance.

The scoreboard doesn't lie.

When you're ahead, great.

When you're behind, figure it out.

We don't want:

"Leads were bad."

"The customers weren't buying."

"Pricing is too high."

"The economy is slow."

We want:

"Here's the problem. Here's the plan. Here's what I'm doing about it."

That's ownership.

80% Producer. 20% Leader.

You're a player-coach.

Your primary responsibility is producing revenue yourself.

The other 20% is making the people around you better.

You Don't Need Beauty Experience

We'll teach you the whitening business.

What we can't teach you as easily is 10 years of learning how to sell, lead, and operate.

We're especially interested in candidates coming from:

• Gym General Manager
• Fitness Director
• Club Manager
• Membership Director
• Personal Training Director
• Sales Manager
• Area Manager
• Multi-unit fitness operator

If you've spent years in fitness and know how to turn leads into members, members into revenue, and revenue into a profitable location, we want to talk.

This is intentionally a performance-heavy compensation structure.

Approximately:

• 30–40% Base Compensation
• 60–70% Performance-Based Compensation

You produce more.

Who We Want

• Has 10+ years of fitness, sales, or operating experience
• Has personally sold memberships, PT, or high-ticket services
• Has a history of hitting numbers
• Knows how to close
• Is comfortable asking for money
• Can handle objections without getting defensive
• Follows up relentlessly
• Understands KPIs
• Takes initiative
• Doesn't need to be babysat
• Loves competition
• Wants performance-based upside
• Takes responsibility for results

You don't need someone to motivate you.

You need a target.

You'll go get it.

Don't apply if you:

• Want a traditional spa manager position
• Don't like sales
• Don't want to personally close
• Prefer managing salespeople to selling yourself
• Need constant direction
• Hate KPIs
• Avoid follow-up because you don't want to "bother" people
• Get uncomfortable discussing money
• Think asking for the sale is too aggressive
• Blame leads when sales are down
• Blame pricing when conversion is down
