Up to and including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfactionIntermediate skill level using Google applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Hangouts, etc.) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsReliable, responsible, dependable, and capable of fulfilling obligations and has a deep desire to anticipate, engage and satisfy customer needsA systematic approach to problem-solvingAlways promotes positive guest and co-worker relationshipsCan calmly and effectively adapt to constructive feedback in high-stress environmentIdeal Candidate Experience2+ years of experience in events or similar roleDemonstrates excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in a tech or creative entertainment company is a plusProven track record as a production assistant or a strong enthusiasm for the industryComputer proficiency and familiarity with industry-specific terminologyResourceful and excellent problem-solverA collaborative team playerDesired Qualifications2+ years of experience in film production, or an audio and visual roleA passion for gaming and empathy for the player experienceKnowledge of integrating live production elements (audio, video, lighting, staging) to create memorable experiencesKey AccountabilitiesEvent Coordination: Manage conference room bookings, company calendars, and event needs. Develop space and seating setups, and communicate with cross-functional teamsEvent Setup and Support: Set up, staff, and break down various events of all sizes. Assist in creating and executing virtual and hybrid events. Act as a liaison for physical productions, assisting speakers and crews, and handling onsite logisticsEvent Evaluation: Participate in retroactive reviews to measure the impact and resonance of completed eventsCollaboration: Curate programming and event ideas for various campuses. Assist with alignment of branding and marketing collateral across all campus displaysAdministrative Support: Provide ongoing administrative support, handle paperwork, answer phones, and perform additional projects as neededThis role requires a valid Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, as operating a company vehicle is an essential responsibility in this position.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentsWork up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaksMust be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.Come to work properly dressed according to the dress codeEmployee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periodsHSEQ Compliance: All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
