Senior Financial Analyst

Pay Range $82,700.00-$113,700.00 per year. Base salary. Eligible for incentive bonus. Role Overview Senior Financial Analyst – responsible for shaping financial strategy, influencing pricing and profitability, and partnering with sales, product, and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights. Responsibilities Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to identify opportunities and risks. Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Support decision‑making that improves pricing, margins, and business performance. Own monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long‑term planning for your portfolio. Deliver forward‑looking insights, anticipate business changes, and align financial plans with commercial strategies. Lead monthly financial reporting focused on key drivers and trends. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports. Conduct advanced margin and pricing analysis; build scenarios and financial impact models. Support execution of sales compensation plans. Improve and simplify processes, streamline and automate financial workflows. Enhance tools, models, and reporting for efficiency and scalability. Partner cross‑functionally to drive continuous improvement. Success Metrics Trusted partner to commercial leaders. Accurate, proactive, driver‑based forecasts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 6+ years of finance or accounting experience (commercial finance preferred). Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Experience in pricing, profitability, and variance analysis. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
