Heavy Structure Sheet Metal Mechanic

Our client is looking for a skilled Heavy Structure Sheet Metal Mechanic to join their team immediately. They offer the highest non-taxable per diem in the market, including on overtime, unlimited hours, and provide a toolbox and the tools required for the job. This is a contractor position located in Kansas City, Missouri. Responsibilities : Prior experience in Commercial MRO is essential. Proficiency in SRM repair and skin repair / replacement. Ability to perform floor beam, frame, stringer, and seat track repairs. Experience working on 737 / 767 / Airbus is preferred. Strong focus on heavy structure sheet metal work, not assembly. Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent. Airframe and / or Powerplant License preferred. Completion of an apprenticeship program or two years of related commercial / military aircraft experience. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and communicate effectively. Proficiency in fundamental maintenance operations and practices. Compliance with all regulatory requirements per FAR 65.
