Customer Logistics Manager

Job Summary We are immediately hiring a Customer Logistics Manager in Desoto, TX, for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Responsibilities The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Main responsibilities include leadership of direct reports and attainment of daily operational goals. Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling Health and Safety Management State/Local/Federal regulations compliance Performs other duties as assigned. Annual Salary: $72,000 per year based on experience. Salary range: $72,000 – $72,000. Schedule Monday‑Friday, 8:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m. Flexibility to work additional days and hours preferred. Additional Requirements Transportation leadership experience preferred. Driver management experience preferred.
