Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with Pelvic Health certification to provide expert outpatient care in a scenic location. The therapist will deliver comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and promote patient recovery and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify impairments, limitations, and disabilities.
  
  
• 
  Develop and adjust therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and alleviate impairments.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and promote injury prevention, health, and wellness across all age groups.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to ongoing research and best practices in pelvic health physical therapy.
  
  
• 
  Ensure timely submission of documentation and billing associated with patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a minimum of 4 years of experience in Pelvic Health therapy.
  
  
• 
  Graduate from an AMA-APTA accredited physical therapy program.
  
  
• 
  Possess an active Colorado Physical Therapist license or permit.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR certification.
  
  
• 
  Be a member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or the American Registry of Physical Therapy.
  
  
• 
  Obtain Pelvic Health Certification.
