Top Heavy Cleaning Services is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Professional Cleaners. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to get started in the cleaning industry, as no prior experience is required and training will be provided.

As a Professional Cleaner, you will help maintain clean, organized, and sanitary spaces while delivering quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn.

Hourly Pay: $80 - $100 an hour + TIPS

Responsibilities

• Perform professional cleaning services according to company standards.
• Clean and sanitize designated areas and surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash as needed.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Use cleaning products and equipment properly.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when working at client locations.
• Complete assigned jobs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
• No previous cleaning experience required; training provided.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment.
• Reliable transportation and availability to travel to job sites, as required.

Independent Contractor Details

This is a 1099 independent contractor position , not a traditional W-2 employee role. Contractors are responsible for their own applicable taxes and other independent business obligations. Compensation, scheduling, equipment, and supply arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.
